Account & billing: name, email, password (hashed), country, plan, invoices/transactions (via our payment provider). Content: prompts/inputs you upload (text, image, audio, video) and the outputs we generate. Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, logs, crash data, approximate location (from IP), cookie IDs. Usage data: features used, credits consumed, timestamps, settings. Communications: messages you send us (support, feedback, surveys). Please don't upload special-category data (health, biometrics, union status, etc.) or others' personal data unless you have a lawful basis.

Provide the Service & account (contract). Process payments & prevent fraud (contract/legal obligation/legitimate interests). Operate, secure, and improve features, performance, and safety (legitimate interests). Customer support & service communications (contract/legitimate interests). Marketing emails (non-Google account data only, where permitted by law; opt-in only, you can unsubscribe anytime). Comply with law (legal obligation).

When you connect your Google account, we access and use Google user data (including YouTube data) only to provide or improve user-facing features of the Service that you request. We do NOT: - Use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or profiling - Sell Google user data - Share Google user data with data brokers, information resellers, or for any unrelated purpose - Use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness, lending, or eligibility decisions - Use Google user data to create user profiles for targeted or personalized ads - Use Google user data to train AI or machine learning models Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Virvid uses YouTube API Services to enable features such as uploading videos and managing YouTube-related publishing actions. Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, we may access and process: - Authorization tokens required to authenticate and perform actions you request - Basic channel information necessary to manage uploads - Video-related metadata needed to upload or manage content You can revoke Virvid's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through the Google account security settings. We use third-party AI services to generate outputs for user-requested features. Google user data (including YouTube data) is not used to train AI or machine learning models and is not made available to third-party AI providers for their own independent use. Any processing of Google user data is limited to providing or improving the Service's user-facing functionality requested by the user.

We share personal data only as needed to run Virvid: Service providers (processors): cloud hosting, AI services for non-Google content processing, analytics, email, customer support, payment processing. Legal: to comply with laws, enforce terms, or protect rights/safety. We don't sell personal data. Google user data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the user-requested functionality of the Service.

We use cookies and similar tech for login, security, and analytics. You can manage non-essential cookies in your browser and (where required) via our cookie banner.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it (account records may be kept longer for tax, fraud prevention, or legal obligations; backups are time-limited). Google user data is retained only as long as needed to provide the requested functionality and is deleted or refreshed when no longer required.

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). We protect OAuth access tokens using appropriate safeguards (for example, encryption at rest and strict access controls). No system is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, port data, and withdraw consent (for marketing). EU/UK: you can also complain to your data protection authority. We do not sell personal information. You may revoke Virvid's access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through the Google account security settings. To exercise rights, email contact@virvid.ai. We may need to verify your identity.

We may process/store data in the EU/EEA and/or other countries (including the US).

Virvid is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a minor provided personal data, contact us to remove it. Where local law requires parental consent for minors, you must obtain it before use.

You can delete your account in-app or by contacting support. Deleting your account deletes associated projects and personal data from active systems, subject to lawful retention and backups. You may also request deletion of any stored Google/YouTube data by emailing contact@virvid.ai.

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and, where required, notify you by email. The "Effective date" shows when this Policy last changed.
